Summer fun

Tyler is unsure of himself but starting to ride a big boy bike.

but it is even better if he can catch a ride with his Brother.

In South Haven MI, they were very excited to get their super hero gear

And they were the only super hero's at the park. Hiding to find bad guys.

Camping was good but it was the Smores they really wanted.

And a round of Disc Golf was more fun than expected.  Especially for Free.

Beer and Toilets

Will was very exctied to help me bottle the beer in the little keg.  He rinsed out each bottle, put them back in the box, and carried them all downstairs and got up on the bar stool.

He was very excited to help out since half were going to Papa for his birthday.  He measured out the 2.5 tsp and poured it into each bottle.  While we were filling them he was in charge of telling me when the bubbles were at the top.  Then I grabbed the next bottle while he put the cap on each of them.

Then he as responsible for 10 shakes and a swirl to mix in the sugar and the beer.

I then let the boys know that we had a new toilet to go it and they were very interested.

Will asked me if he needed his pliars.  So he went and got his and his little bother his.

They were very intrigued by the ratchet set but thankfully none got lost.

I told them they had to earn their keep or no food for them so I got some good work out of them.  Especially with the little bodies and small hands they can get to the hard to reach areas.

Overall it was a good project while Will and Tyler were trying to make pirate faces.

Tyler is growing up

It was not that long ago when the winter started that you had to keep your hands on the little guy at the park.  5 months later and he's climbing the cargo net all by himself.

Then last night Tyler and Will helped me take down the crib putting the bolts and washers in Ziplock bags and handing me tools and the hardwar to put the bed together. 

Will was so happy he was the big brother at dinner unprovoked he told us that Tyler can have is guard rail since he didn't need it anymore.  Tyler picked out the Toy Story sheets over the Spiderman ones and wouldn't let mommy or me on the bed AT ALL.  It was his bed.

After the bed go put up Will also gave Tyler the alligator so he wouldn't slip between the bed and wall and tried giving him books since that is what boys have by the bed.  Tyler then proceed to keep saying "uh oh" and he tried to make his Kaner doll fall between the wall and bed where the alligator didn't cover.

At 2am we heard a thud.  It was not Will who was no longer sleeping without his protective guard but Tyler had been up with a caugh and worked his way all the way to the bottom of the bed and fell off the foot of it.

Will's 4th kids birthday party

Have you seen a little boy this excited for his birthday party and for his friends to have fun?  They painted a picture frame, then used colored bubbles to paint a picture, followed by a play area with a slide and finally cupcakes he helped mommy make.

And he made Lisa stop on the way since he NEEDED a birthday hat that had a string on it.

Heavenly Day 1

Beautiful day on the slopes.

50 degrees and Blue Bird Skies

 Nothing like Eating outside in the snow with only a t-shirt on.

Top Altitude was 10142ft.  and total accumulated verticle for the skiing day was 16,640 foot.

Snowwy

Finally figured out how to decorate my bar area.  Make is ski related.

Tyler actually found Will's ski goggle for next year but Will was very excited to try them on

Isn't this a face you hate to leave to go to work.

And this is what I left with Tyler trying to make igloo blocks.

Tyler had his first trip into the attic to get down Mommy's ski and the ski bag for the trio

He and Will had lots fo fun up there andWill even got into some tight places to get the skis down.

First tracks sledding

Well we finally got some snow January 13th and we didn't waste time getting out onto the slopes.  Will found my ski goggles and of course needed to bring them with.

  Overall it was a very fun trip to the sledding hill and he learned that sledding is about goofing around in the snow even more than being on the sled.
